I purchased way too many wheat berries and have one-pound bags available to trade. These can be ground for flour (I have a mill and can grind them for you), sprouted as snacks for pets, or planted to grow your own wheat. Soft white wheat berries are usually used for more delicate baked foods like cake.

If you’ve never baked with fresh (unsifted, untreated) flour, I can give you some tips. There is a learning curve, but the difference in taste and nutrition is so worth it! Fresh flour does spoil quickly so it is best to grind it as close to baking time as possible.
